Many of you who are using Rogers email @rogers.com might notice the forwarding feature is no longer available starting January 1, 2021. You cannot upgrade to Rogers Yahoo Mail Pro or subscribe to Access + Forwarding. We have contacted Rogers and they confirmed that this simple feature is unavailable.
This method used to work.
- Click Settings Image of the Settings icon..
- Click More Settings.
- Click Mailboxes.
- Click the primary mailbox account.
- Under Forwarding, enter the Forwarding Address.
- Click Verify.
- Log in to your forwarding address and follow the instructions sent there.

Solution:
Use a rule in Outlook to do the email forwarding.
